“They did excellent work and left everything cleaned up & looking good. I recommend using them for any of your home improvement projects.”

“Easy quick and respectful of home and time.”

“Next, we wanted to tackle the main level floor because it was a mixture of hardwood, carpet, tile, and laminate when we purchased the home. We also needed a half wall that separated our living room and dining area removed in order to open the space up more. It was probably a touch shorter than bar height, 14 feet long, 2 feet wide. Dave came in and removed all of the old flooring, demoed the wall, capped off some electrical and ran a new floor outlet, installed new hardwood, and patched the wall section where the half wall connected. He painted base boards, stained trim, and probably did more cuts that he ever would have imagined because our trim cornering had an extra section in it. While all of this is great, and he did a great job with all of these tasks-, the hardwood floor throughout turned out amazing, what really stood out was how he handled the short sighted changes to plans and adjusted to suit. We thought about running a gas line for a range during the demo phase and he was quick to have at least 3 different contractors come through for pricing if he took up the section of subfloor needed. He ran into issues with base board matching, and yet found a suitable solution fairly smoothly without any real added stress. I will note that the job quote may be a day or 3 longer than what you might get back from other bids, but in all honesty it allowed us to see what was being done very thoroughly (a touch OCD... so for us, this turned into a very nice +), point our and understand things that we spotted, and in the end, be more satisfied with the completed work. I'd definitely recommend DT for any of your future remodeling needs.”

“Her personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found the perfect home. (Evident when she found a home in a kid-friendly neighborhood and close to great schools)We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Jennifer if you're looking for a great agent! You won't be disappointed.”

“When you’re investing your hard-earned money into improving your home, you naturally expect the work to be done correctly and within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, I want to specifically recognize Caden, the owner of Ridgeway Development Group, for his commitment to making things right. Despite the mistakes made by his crew, Caden personally stayed involved, listened to our concerns, and made sure the necessary corrections were completed properly. Rather than making excuses or walking away from a difficult situation, he took responsibility for seeing the project through. I believe the true character of a business owner isn’t necessarily measured by whether everything goes perfectly, but by how they respond when things go wrong. In this case, Caden demonstrated accountability, patience, and a genuine willingness to stand behind his company’s work. Would I have preferred the project to be completed correctly within the original 4 days? Absolutely. Having a 4-day project turn into a 5-week process was frustrating and certainly not what we anticipated. The crew’s attention to detail and overall execution could have been better, and hopefully those are areas the company continues to improve. That being said, I also believe in giving credit where it’s deserved. Caden didn’t abandon the project when things became complicated. He remained committed to resolving the issues and ensuring we were satisfied with the corrections. Overall, while the process was far from perfect, I genuinely appreciate Caden’s integrity, professionalism, and dedication to making things right. The workmanship issues and delays were disappointing, but his willingness to take ownership of the situation speaks volumes about him as a business owner. At the end of the day, mistakes can happen in any business. What matters most is whether someone is willing to stand behind their work, and Caden demonstrated that he was.”
