“Zach Hines, the owner of Floor Coverings International West OKC (not to be confused with Floor Coverings International OKC Metro) is a genuinely kind, knowledgable, and caring guy. He answered all our questions, gave his honest opinions on matters that we were debating about, never rush or pressure us, and offered us a really good price! And he is good is communicating with us, too! There was a little hiccup but he made it right and even exceed it!Now, it's time to enjoy our new and beautiful floor! Thank you Zach! You are amazing! We highly recommend Zach Hines for anyone who plan to get their flooring project done.”

“I had the ceilings in my living room, hall, and bedroom, walls painted, bathroom remodeled and new floors played. I love the work that was done.”

“Ridgeway Development Group * Honest Review * Our garage remodel with Ridgeway Development Group definitely came with its fair share of challenges. What was originally supposed to be a 4-day project ended up taking approximately 5 weeks due to mistakes made by the crew that required additional work and corrections. There was quite a bit of back and forth throughout the process, and I won’t pretend it wasn’t frustrating at times. When you’re investing your hard-earned money into improving your home, you naturally expect the work to be done correctly and within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, I want to specifically recognize Caden, the owner of Ridgeway Development Group, for his commitment to making things right. Despite the mistakes made by his crew, Caden personally stayed involved, listened to our concerns, and made sure the necessary corrections were completed properly. Rather than making excuses or walking away from a difficult situation, he took responsibility for seeing the project through. I believe the true character of a business owner isn’t necessarily measured by whether everything goes perfectly, but by how they respond when things go wrong. In this case, Caden demonstrated accountability, patience, and a genuine willingness to stand behind his company’s work. Would I have preferred the project to be completed correctly within the original 4 days? Absolutely. Having a 4-day project turn into a 5-week process was frustrating and certainly not what we anticipated. The crew’s attention to detail and overall execution could have been better, and hopefully those are areas the company continues to improve. That being said, I also believe in giving credit where it’s deserved. Caden didn’t abandon the project when things became complicated. He remained committed to resolving the issues and ensuring we were satisfied with the corrections. Overall, while the process was far from perfect, I genuinely appreciate Caden’s integrity, professionalism, and dedication to making things right. The workmanship issues and delays were disappointing, but his willingness to take ownership of the situation speaks volumes about him as a business owner. At the end of the day, mistakes can happen in any business. What matters most is whether someone is willing to stand behind their work, and Caden demonstrated that he was.”

“They fit me into the schedule the next week and did a great job with our 2 bath and laundry room mold remediation and remodel. If we have more work in the future I'll definitely be calling Mitch Buss Construction.”
