So how did Marcos do it? He worked long hours everyday and made many trips to the big box stores to get things that’s needed. He offered to exchange tiles when the colors didn’t match between different batches. He stayed late despite crushing his car while picking up materials. He worked on Saturday to finish the job because we needed to move in on Sunday. He is also the most clean and neat contractor I’ve ever met. The first thing he did after coming into our house is putting on booties to protect our new floor. And then he laid floor protection from the front door all the way to the work area. He put all his tools away at the end of the day so it doesn’t look messy. And he cleaned up so well after the job is done that it looked cleaner than how our last contractors left it! (Oh yeah, the previous contractors completely trashed our place.) Marcos and his dad is also super friendly and courteous. And they respect your time. I am so impressed by the whole process. I only wish I found him earlier!”
