“Whether it was demolition, cabinet installation, or appliance setup, everything was handled with professionalism and care. One thing that stood out was their flexibilitythey were constantly willing to make little changes and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with every aspect. As with most renovation projects, there were a few hiccupssome delays with cabinet deliveries or parts, for instance. But what impressed me was how the team made efficient use of the time by switching to other independent tasks like painting. They ensured the momentum was never lost.Victoria and the design team were equally great to work with. They really took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life. Even when there were minor issues, like a measurement being slightly off, we were able to collaborate on solutions that actually improved the final result. Victoria also ensured she handled communications with the parts suppliers effectively and whenever issues arose she was quick to address them.I also want to highlight people like David and Charlie, who work closely with Itay. They bring a brilliant combination of skill and positive energy to the job. Its amazing to work with professionals who focus on finding solutions instead of emphasizing issues to earn some extra cash.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Top Remodeling and Design. The quality of work, dedication of the team, and customer-focused approach made this renovation experience rewarding.”
