“We chose Skybar Construction after interviewing four different companies, and it was hands down the best decision we made. From our initial walkthrough, Anthony stood out. He didnt just nod along; he offered realistic structural advice, caught potential load-bearing complications early, and broke down the cost projections line by line. Over the six-month gut renovation, Anthony and his crew completely transformed the house: removing partition walls for an open floor plan, rewiring the electrical, installing hardwood throughout, and finishing every room with immaculate trim work. What impressed us most was the communication. If an unexpected pipe or outdated framing issue came up, Anthony called with solutions and clear pricing before taking a single step forward. The job site was swept daily, the subcontractors were respectful, and we moved in right on schedule. If you want a builder who treats your home like his own, call Anthony at Skybar.”

“Good luck in the future and will certainly recommend this company”

“I discovered Dynamite through Thumbtack, a home repair app I frequently use. Spencer promptly called me and arrived the same day to inspect my project—a bathroom renovation. His friendly and enthusiastic demeanor put me at ease. He quickly mobilized his team and offered competitive pricing compared to the other two bids I received. I chose Dynamite for its prompt response and understanding of my urgent need for the project to be completed as soon as possible. Spencer’s team was exceptional, and as with any renovation, minor mistakes were promptly addressed and rectified. Spencer was always present, ensuring he comprehended the progress and providing his wealth of experience and knowledge whenever I had questions. The result was a beautiful bathroom that exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship provided by Spencer and his team.”
