“Luis remodeled two bathrooms and installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. The tile work (mosaic) in the bathrooms was not easy to work with, but he did a nice job of making everything line up and look great. We expanded the scope of the project a few times during the two months that he performed the remodel. He and his wife were professional about the changes and provided a full change order with a reasonable price for the added work. In general, I found Luis to be quite cost-effective for the quality of work he did. Luis is a hard worker, and other than a one week pre-planned family trip, he showed up without fail every day (and on quite a few Saturdays) to keep the project moving. We live in Piedmont and were a little concerned about the commute from his home in Santa Cruz – but he has extended family to stay with in SF, so the commute did not impede the progress of the project. Luis is a pleasant guy to have around the home and does great work – recommended for your next project. ”

“Joe installed a storage system in my garage and all went seamlessly and turned out great. That alone was unexpected as I have used a lot outside help for numerous projects and that typically is not the case. Joe was very helpful in determining what was the best solution for my situation and was very flexible with the time frame as delivery of the system was not exact. I will not hesitate having him return for my next project.”

“Brian was very professional, fair and honest. Everything he recommended was explained throughly. I was never pressured, options were explained and given for my benefit. I was informed of who and when they were coming and if I had any questions, he or one of his staff had an answers. Job was quoted, scheduled, and completed on time as promised. We did not lose access to our home and showers at the end of the day when they started the repipe. We had water and decided on natural gas repiping done too. The whole process, including repipe, inspections, sheet rock repair and final inspection took over two weeks from start to finish but we did not lose the use of our kitchen, washing machines, bathrooms and showers. It would have been one week if we had decided to do both water and gas at the same time, but we decide to repipe the whole house gas after the water repipe, since the ceiling and walls were already open. This required another additional time line for gas repipe, inspections and sheet rock repair and final inspections. All in all Brian and Gladiator did us solid. We are very fortunate to have found them to do these two major work on our home. Thank you Brian.”
