“He promptly answered my inquiry. He even helped me through selecting a water heater. He showed up on time, charged a very reasonable fee, stayed late and worked long hours and installed my water tankless water heater. Great guy and amazing service quality. Will be using his help on many projects around the house.”

“We had a tankless water heater installed and the process was seamless. Charles was prompt and professional. Heck of a nice guy too. Our main gripe with our previous tankless heater, other than it didn't make hot water any more, was that it took up to 90 seconds to get hot water to the faucet. I mentioned it to Charles, and he came up with some little do-dad that he installed under the kitchen sink (opposite side of the house from the heater) and now our hot water, throughout the house, is almost instant. He explained it to me, but I still have no idea how it works, but I'm not going to question it. Best of all, no extra charge. I told my wife, that the price of the new heater was worth the price for the new speedy water delivery alone! Thanks Charles! Tight lines.”

“He did a great job, was fast, punctual, and did high quality work. Will definitely reach out again for other plumbing needs. Thanks!!”

“Responded quickly late in the evening, came when he said he would and did a good job for a fair price.”

“Christian did a wonderful job replacing our toilet bowl!”

“They responded to my voicemail right away, showed up when they said they would, very clean and professional, very knowledgeable, completed the install quickly, hot water is nice to have! I will definitely tell my neighbors and call them again if I have any other issues.”
