“Luis came through and installed my toto for me. Yeah I couldve done it myself; but also, I tried and wasted 2.5 hours of my life twisting screws and hoses the wrong direction. Very nice guy too. The turn around time was miraculous stuff -11pm night before to 12pm the following day. 10/10.”

“The installation was done efficiently, and he made sure the work area was clean when he finished. What I appreciated most was his honesty and attention to detail. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made the whole process much less stressful. It’s hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. I highly recommend Jack to anyone who needs plumbing services or a water heater replacement. Excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jack!”

“Premium reglaze did a great job reglazing my bathtub my landlord tried to fix herself and wouldn't reglaze since "it will chip again." They responded quickly and were able to offer an affordable rate. Scheduling was easy and the job was completed within a week!”

“Custom cabinetry, premium countertops, and upgraded appliances were installed with precision. Lighting placement enhanced both task efficiency and visual warmth. Despite the complexity of the project, scheduling remained organized. The completed kitchen feels elegant, spacious, and built with lasting quality.”

“I had an excellent experience with Ritz Plumbing. From the first phone call, Mr. Abel was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy. Mr. Victor came out and fixed the shut-off valve behind my toilet and repaired my Roman tub faucet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. Everything is working perfectly, and I am very happy with the service. What stood out the most was their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. As someone who lives by myself, I truly appreciated having a company I could trust. Please use them—they are the best plumbers around and genuinely kind people. I highly recommend Ritz Plumbing to anyone who needs honest, reliable, and professional plumbing services. I will definitely use them again.”

“It took a lot of different attempts but they got the new one installed and it’s working great. The tech also looked at another issue in was having with another faucet and helped me troubleshoot. These guys will be my go to team for these types of jobs going forward.”
