“From the moment I inquired about water heater replacement on a family rental house, Diego responded fast and was very professional! Diego made the process so easy and did such amazing job! We are so impressed and feel so happy that we went with Diego! His confidence, knowledge, and work quality made us feel better about trusting him with this process! He took the time to even double check the heat levels we wanted before leaving. Diego went out of his way for us and we cannot thank him enough for all his work and expertise! We will definitely use Diego again for future projects and recommending him to everyone we know!”

“She replaced the pipe and said that the moisture was normal and even expected with a Navien condensing tankless water heater. She was extremely nice and very professional. AND she didn't even charge me anything!! I'll be keeping Option One Plumbing in my list of contacts for anything related to plumbing in the future.”

“) to Elijah and Drew who sealed the deal by coming in the rain and replaced our main plumbing line and treated my family and house with the upmost respect and care. Genuinely I see why the reviews are where they are, from top to bottom the process was smooth sailing. You can feel the care behind the staff of this company being family owned - I felt like I was apart of the family throughout the process and I highly encourage everyone to check them out!!”
