“What I initially thought would be a simple shower fix turned out to be a much more complicated situation, but Jake was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, why it wasn’t a straightforward fix, and what my options were. I really appreciated how detailed and patient he was in walking me through everything rather than just rushing through the appointment. His expertise was immediately apparent, and he was also extremely respectful of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the work ended up being outside my budget, so I wasn’t able to move forward. However, if it had been within my budget, I would have absolutely trusted Jake and his team to get the job done. It’s not often that you walk away from an appointment without having the work completed and still feel compelled to leave a five-star review, but that’s how impressed I was! I highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in their work!”

“I love the excellent tile work they did in our walk-in shower. We did have some added work orders that did not add much to the overall cost, very good value. I would use them again for sure.”

“I love my new shower. Kevin was very nice. He explained exactly what would be done and the price was very reasonable and affordable. I liked Saul too. He was also very nice. He completed the job in a day and did a wonderful job and I am very pleased. I went to work and recommended them to everyone I spoke to. I am so thankful that they were recommended to me. Thank you so much!!”

“The team installed new flooring throughout our home. They worked quickly and cleanly, and the floors look amazing.”

“It literally only took less than 24 hours from the time I contacted them to set up an appointment, get a reasonable quote, and replace my leaking exterior hose bib. The plumber and apprentice were super professional and polite. Best plumbing company I have ever used.”

“They responded quickly. Anthony was very professional. He showed up on time and was able to immediately do the repair for a very reasonable price. Thanks!”
