“Hired Dial Plumbing less than a year ago to install a new toilet. They did an outstanding job with the installation. I was very pleased. Fast forward to this week, I needed to contact DP again for the same toilet, but a different issue. I was given a next day appointment. The issue was diagnosed immediately. Rather than try to sell me something straight out, he suggested a couple of options. One was to contact the company where I purchased the toilet to see if it was still under warranty. If it wasn't covered by the warranty, he suggested I purchase another part. Fantastic service, fast appointment, and offered good solutions. I highly recommend.”

“Fantastic communication! Timely arrival. They gave us a time and we’re here promptly. Because of the high ceilings, two workers arrived, Joe, the owner with Josh. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They had to troubleshoot an issue with a down rod but gave me information to find the correct size. Very patient!! Total job was install 1 fan in bedroom 14’ high ceiling, install down rod in LR 14’ high ceiling, & install ceiling fan 8’ ceiling height. S as stated they couldn’t use the purchased down rod as it wouldn’t fit. The work around was to add longer pull chains for access. We are extremely happy with the service we received and highly recommend Ashley River Wired.”

“We had such a great experience with Palmetto power systems and electric. Jonathan responded to our request of work needing to be done in the house in a timely manner. we felt our quotes were very reasonable and better than most. He was out within a week and had all of our new fans and fixtures installed. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using this company again for any of our future electrical needs.”

“Pineapple Plumbing rocks! Austin was extremely thorough and careful in his work. Originally he came by to inspect a potential leak from an upstairs bathroom above the garage. He quickly was able to confirm there was no leak after all, which was a relief. He was quite informative and looked at a number of other plumbing-related concerns we had. He helped us install an ionizer for our outdoor tankless water heater and snaked our master shower. There were a number of other things he took care of for us complimentary as well. Every question we had he took time to answer and explain in depth. We never felt he was rushing us or pushing us towards buying anything. Everything was on the table. The way he does business is highly respectable and there's no doubt we will turn to Pineapple Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs. Aside from all that, Austin is quite personable and fun to talk to. Many thanks, Pineapple Plumbing! Till next time. :)”
