“However, when I contacted Rigid Rock Masonry, they took some pictures to show me that the problem was more severe, with several layers of bricks already cracked and fragmenting apart beneath the chimney cap. The ‘cap’ was the least of my problem. The major issue was the lack of structural integrity within the portion of chimney underneath the cap. Thanks to Rigid Rock Masonry and their thorough analysis, I will contract them to make the necessary repairs to my home.”
