“Chris at Elite did an excellent job steam cleaning my wool rug. He was very responsive, and his fee was quite reasonable considering he had to steam clean both sides of the rug due to a moth infestation.). I had to call Chris the next day because the rug buckled when it dried. (The rug had to be draped over chairs outside to dry since both sides were steam cleaned.). He came back to our house the next day, brought the rug outside, and steam cleaned the back again to get rid of the buckling. It worked beautifully. This second visit was all done free of charge. He is very honest and seriously intent on being very fair to his customers and doing a great job. Our rug looks beautiful! I wholeheartedly recommend him.”
