“Aman is genuinely passionate about chess. He teaches both my 9-year-old son and myself (40 yr-old dad), and we both thoroughly enjoy our lessons. He’s not only highly knowledgeable, but he also knows how to keep the passion for chess alive for kids and adults alike.”

“We’re having a great experience with David as a chess coach. He’s dedicated, patient, engaging, and knows how to challenge an intermediate 8-year-old while keeping lessons fun and motivating.”

“scheduling is fast and easy with no delays, and you can reschedule classes very easily, and if you ever have an emergency they will let you cancel your lesson and reschedule for another day. They really make it so convenient for students who attend a lot of extracurricular activities and play sports. I highly recommend signing up!!!”

“Excellent experience for kids”

“Our family has been with Magnus Chess Academy for many years. We are so happy that we discovered such a wonderful professional team! Both of our children love the school! Magnus Chess Academy team became our family -- such responsive, supportive, loving and caring people, who are ready to individualize, expand, help and so much more! All classes (big and small groups) are professionally prepared and make a great impact on a child's development. Our son, Anthony, currently participates in Kings mini group classes. He loves it and looks forward to each one of them. The tournaments are a big hit -- a great stimulation for a child to further develop chess skills, look forward to new challenges and also -- to make friends! Thank you for everything you all do!”
