He reassured me with his professionalism, quick updates and responses. Just from the pictures I sent of the problem, he was able to guess the issue. He fixed it, but unlike other techs, he stayed a while longer to run my computer a few times, and make sure it was truly fixed. Sure enough the root of the problem was still there. Ukë explained and exercised every avenue, before resorting to drastic means. He even went to get my new part and install it for me! Booted it up an everything! And even then! He stayed! He not only resolved my problem, but checked out the computer's operating system - found no viruses, did find several links that he determined were problematic and eliminated them, also upgraded a number of operating functions. “I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“Overall experience was good. I had a crack on my screen and he fixed it perfectly. He accidentally melted off two keys on my keyboard. But because of that he lowered the price of the repair for me since I had to buy replacement keys for the keyboard. Honestly, I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things work out for both parties. He worked with my schedule for the repair as well. So overall not a huge deal and it’s an easy repair I can do at home. Just would have preferred to have paid for the screen repair and not worry about fixing something else on my laptop. I would still refer to him if I ever have any issues with my laptop physically or internally because I trust him.”
