Ken was very attentive and professional. My computer was very old and completely died but he was able to recover my old hard drive to an external hard drive so I didn't lose any of my files. He was responsive and explained it to me the whole way through. Would recommend!

Excellent
Overall experience was good. I had a crack on my screen and he fixed it perfectly. He accidentally melted off two keys on my keyboard. But because of that he lowered the price of the repair for me since I had to buy replacement keys for the keyboard. Honestly, I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things work out for both parties. He worked with my schedule for the repair as well. So overall not a huge deal and it’s an easy repair I can do at home. Just would have preferred to have paid for the screen repair and not worry about fixing something else on my laptop. I would still refer to him if I ever have any issues with my laptop physically or internally because I trust him.
He was well mannered.
A professional.Courteous and prompt willing to go the extra mile l highly recommend the gentleman.
