“They checked the BIOS, memory, NVMe SSD performance, graphics drivers, Windows configuration, power settings, Event Viewer, and hardware sensors to rule out potential issues before narrowing down the problem. They explained every step in plain English, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was actually affecting the system rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. It was refreshing to work with a team that prioritizes proper diagnostics, and my computer is now running the way it should.”

“They updated my computer set me up and now my computer is is working great. Great Experience . they did all the work remotely as I am in Denver CO and senior citizen.”

“I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He was able to help me when no one else could. I definitely recommend his services!”

“Dave did a great job fixing my computer. The no-display issue turned out to be a dead CPU, and he replaced it without any problems. I also accidentally damaged the CMOS battery slot trying to fix it myself, but he was able to repair it with soldering and saved the motherboard. The repair took four visits since parts had to be ordered, and he was consistent and communicative throughout. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and very flexible—he’ll even come to your home so you don’t have to haul your setup to a shop. Highly recommend if you need reliable computer repairs.”
