I’ve had my computer for years and it started to slow down. The initial car was to clean up my computer and make it go faster. Someone recommended me to buy a new one which I did and he was gonna transfer the information over after looking at the computer I purchased and the one I had turns out I had more memory on the old computer. He saved me a lot of money. I returned the other computer and he just cleaned up the one existing when I had it worked super fast now and he put in some preventive measures and also excellent customer service extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me

He did an awesome job repairing my laptop’s keyboard. Very polite, professional and fast. It would have taken me 4+ hrs to do the job, but he did it within an hr. I have never seen anyone memorize all the screws, dismantle and resemble laptop so quickly. Very happy with the service, will buy again for tech repairs without second thought. Highly recommend!

My desktop power supply died out while I was on a trip. Needed it fix ASAP and Karen came overnight to bring my desktop to his place and replace it with a new one. The next morning I got my desktop and had another issue of my cooler also dying and within a few hours bought a new cooler and installed it the same day. 10/10 Super friendly and gets the job done 🫡

Karen is the best in the business! It’s usually an uncomfortable feeling when your pc is in the hands of a stranger, however, Karen put me at ease right from the start. You can tell he is a good hearted person and truly cared in helping me with my pc needs. His kindness, morals, and professionalism were top tier. Also, he’s an absolute Expert with anything pc related. Thanks Karen!!!!
