The technician was professional however they misidentefied the problem with the computer as a windows 11 issue and not a hardware issue. They were not able to fix the problem. 20 minutes after the technician left I was able to determine that it was in fact a hardware issue. Normally I would be understanding of the fact that people can make mistakes but for the price paid to this company it is unacceptable. I don't care that the problem wasn't solved but if you are going to charge such high prices you need to be able to at least identify what the actual problem is! Will never recommend SoS as a computer repair service to ANYONE that I know.

Reviews
The technician who came out to service my HP was fantastic. My issue is that SOS quoted fee at $115.00. Technician address the issue. Corrected it with no need for any parts and was gone within 30 minutes but SOS charged me $270.00. Obviously their estimates/quotes are worthless.
Got a quick response, issues were fixed timely
Did good job, more expensive then price listed on web site.
