Lisa R. says, “I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He was able to help me when no one else could. I definitely recommend his services!”
Ambreen B. says, “Overall experience was good. I had a crack on my screen and he fixed it perfectly. He accidentally melted off two keys on my keyboard. But because of that he lowered the price of the repair for me since I had to buy replacement keys for the keyboard. Honestly, I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things work out for both parties. He worked with my schedule for the repair as well. So overall not a huge deal and it’s an easy repair I can do at home. Just would have preferred to have paid for the screen repair and not worry about fixing something else on my laptop. I would still refer to him if I ever have any issues with my laptop physically or internally because I trust him.”
Daniel D. says, “The team at ZapAssist was patient and helpful throughout the process of upgrading my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11. They guided me through each step and made sure the setup was completed correctly. I really appreciated their clear instructions and support.”
Pooja A. says, “If you're looking for trustworthy, professional, talented guy who knows his work please go ahead and seek his services immediately. Thank you Peter & Wishing you the best .”
DAVID PARKER says, “Highly recommend Brett and his company. I was in a pinch and my computer had been giving trouble for quite a while and he built me a new computer, came to my house and set everything up and answered all my questions before he left. Knows his stuff. No amateur here. Save headache, time and money and do not use Grandson's Tech Service over Redbird. I used them in the past and it took 3 separate trips to hook up my new printer. I was even told I needed a new, new printer, which I purchased but didn't need to. Brett is the best tech person you'll ever need!”
Vern H. says, “Words can not express the gratitude I have for this organization. While I was looking for a tech to travel to my home to fix my computer, this organization convinced me o let him look my computer remotely and was told there would be no charge if he couldn’t fix it. He not only fixed the problem by found multiple scams that had been downloaded and effecting my performance. I’m so happy with the results that I had him leave an icon on my computer for contacting him in the future should the need arise.”
Blu K. says, “Rick and Ricky were great to work with. They were friendly, showed up when they said they would, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. They explained what they were doing, were respectful of the home, and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. I’d definitely recommend them for installs, tech help, or troubleshooting.”
Matt S. says, “Eric came out to help me switch or my HDD to SSD on my Mac. He was very personable, helpful, and easy to work with. As he was going through each step he explained everything very thoroughly. It ended up that we ran up against a time commitment I had and Eric was willing to come back the next day to complete the work. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for both simple and complicated repairs.”
Michael B. says, “I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”
Kennith G. says, “Great service. Stayed with my computer until it was repaired and I am very with the service. I am from woodbine, Iowa. It was well worth the trip to Heartland Computer. My computer was not running at all. It was taking more than 10 minutes to boot to window desktop, now it is lighting fast. Now my laptop is booting to window desktop in less than 30 second.”
