I am very happy with the service of ZapAssist and I would like to thank Raul for his assistance. My HP laptop was showing constant fake virus pop-ups and I could barely use it, which was really frustrating, but he quickly cleaned up all the malware, removed the unwanted programs, optimized the system so it runs much faster now, and set up proper security to keep it protected.
