“They checked the BIOS, memory, NVMe SSD performance, graphics drivers, Windows configuration, power settings, Event Viewer, and hardware sensors to rule out potential issues before narrowing down the problem. They explained every step in plain English, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was actually affecting the system rather than recommending unnecessary repairs. It was refreshing to work with a team that prioritizes proper diagnostics, and my computer is now running the way it should.”

“I am 65 and almost never write reviews. I used to work at Best Buy so the "Geek Squad" was all that I knew. Having to make an appointment, speak to a "clerk" about my issues (not the technician) and have my computer back in days is definitly "old school". I found Tanner on "Thumtack". Within seconds we were texting. Within minutes I had my "Chrome" browser back with virus protection to boot. (I literally did not leave my seat from start to finish). If you have software issues, get with the program and call Tanner.”

“My Google Chrome kept crashing, along with a few other programs and services on my computer. I was also worried there might be something wrong with Windows 11. The folks at Call Louder LLC got everything straightened out remotely. They were patient, knew what they were doing, and had my computer running right again. Good, honest service. Much appreciated! “The team at ZapAssist was patient and helpful throughout the process of upgrading my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11. They guided me through each step and made sure the setup was completed correctly. I really appreciated their clear instructions and support.”
