Brett came within the time frame we had chosen. As he worked, he informed me as to what was going on. I was given a guarantee that if anything needed to be looked at again with the same issues, he would come back for free or if it was something new, he would only charge a nominal fee. Great service!!!
I had to make a last minute change due to a dental issue. He was extremely willing to work around it so that I could get the issued resolved quickly. He was professional and explained what he was doing as he was doing. As a senior citizen who so often gets "talked down to" I appreciated his attitude. Gave some very helpful advice. I would recommend him very strongly.
