“After spending 4 unsuccessful hours with 2 Microsoft customer support agents, SJK Creative & Tech resolved my Microsoft 365 problem and several others in less than 90 minutes! SJK provided live telephone support and a secure remote computer link—even after hours!—which was fantastic. Personal, friendly, knowledgeable—and reasonably priced—service; what more could you want? I just found my “go to” technical support team!”

“John responded promptly. His expertise was immediately in play, as he provided us with an easy, over-the-phone fix. He will be our go-to tech guy going forward. Thanks again, John! Steve Gustafson”

“I would definitely recommend his services and will use him in the future.”

“I met Boris, the owner of Infotek, when during tax season, our computer server stopped working. Boris was recommended to me. Boris came within the hour that I reached out to him. He was very reassuring and he fixed the issue and when I asked him to email me an invoice he said that this was no big deal and gave me his contact information. That was 30 years ago. Infotek has been our IT department ever since. They have ALWAYS been available whether to fix a issue or design an entirely new system. They are an outstanding company and they understand that, as we do, it's all about the people in the company that make it a success.”

“Great service. Stayed with my computer until it was repaired and I am very with the service. I am from woodbine, Iowa. It was well worth the trip to Heartland Computer. My computer was not running at all. It was taking more than 10 minutes to boot to window desktop, now it is lighting fast. Now my laptop is booting to window desktop in less than 30 second.”

“Personable, knowledgeable, and technically savvy, David took care of my computer issues promptly and efficiently. My "go to" guy for computer questions.”
