“Chris showed up and had everything covered immediately. We didnt have to help him, or show him where anything was. He cooked, cleaned up, was just professional all around. Food was great and prepared quickly. He also brought a drone for some selfies which was a super cool experience. Would book again no problem!”

“Chef Siler provided an absolute masterclass in private dining for our 6-guest dinner party! Every single course of the 5-course menu was flawless. The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with the coral tuile was a stunning start, and the homemade Parker House rolls were incredibly buttery. The absolute highlight was the Filet Mignon au Poivre—he roasted it whole and carved it beautifully, served with a rich Merlot reduction that tasted amazing. We finished with a warm apple Tatin and freshly churned vanilla ice cream that felt like a high-end restaurant finale. Fikret is professional, immaculate, and highly talented. Can't wait to hire him again in Tahoe!”
