All I had to do was inform him of the type of sides (like vegetables or a carb) that my family and I like, and he was able to cook them if a way we haven't had before. Flavors I didn't know even existed were brought out by the seasoning and sauces that paired perfectly with the sides and main portion of the meals. He puts a lot of hard work into everything he creates, all the way from the prep to the presentation (plating) of the meal itself. Not only is the food delicious and mouth watering by smell, it's amazing to look at.”
