“We hired Chef Alisha Elenz for a Valentine’s Day dinner at home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Chef Alisha prepared a beautiful four-course meal (Basil Pesto Shrimp, Arugula & Apple Salad, Filet Mignon with mashed sweet potatoes and green bean almondine, and Chocolate Olive Oil Cake with raspberry coulis), and every single course was outstanding. “Chef + SANs Kitchen + Catering, were STELLAR! We had a 50-person dinner party in our home that they executed flawlessly! Chef brought four servers to ensure our guests had everything they needed. They cooked everything in our home and it smelled so amazing - the food was top-tier, as requested.The menu they put together just WOWED us! We asked for an elegant, but approachable Spring Menu and she and her team just created the most beautiful spread of ideas that we ADORED. All we did was make one slight change (adding chicken to a delicious pasta dish,) and moved forward with every other item as-is.The hostess was so grateful she got to enjoy her party and guests, they cleaned up every dish and cutlery item so we woke up this morning like no huge party ever happened. Absolutely impressed with their hard working efforts, beautiful execution, and freshest of ingredients, not to mention their outstanding culinary-creativity! Just WOW.
