Lyndsey RC says, “I ended up choosing the Indian Cuisine class because my husband loves Thai food, and we figured it would be something fun and different. We got so much more than just a cooking classwe walked away with an incredible understanding of spices, flavor profiles, and how different cuisines come together.Chef Emanuelle was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, calm, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and approachable. One of the biggest lessons she taught us was that a recipe is just a guidethe real magic happens when you cook with your heart and trust your taste buds.At first, we were both hesitant to add more spices because we didnt want to ruin the dish or stray from the recipe. By the end of the class, we had completely stepped outside that measure everything perfectly mindset and felt confident seasoning to our own taste. It was such a freeing way to learn how to cook.Chef Emanuelles home is beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly cozy. She takes you through the entire processfrom selecting fresh ingredients in her walk-in refrigerator to preparing each dish together. Youre welcome to bring your own beer or wine to enjoy while you cook, and once everything is finished, you get to sit down and enjoy a private dinner together before she thoughtfully packs up all the leftovers for you to take home. This was such a unique, intimate, and memorable experience. I cant recommend it enough, and Im already looking forward to booking our next culinary adventure with Chef Emanuelle!”
