“I hired Kasun to cook a Middle Eastern feast for a work party at our place, and he was excellent from start to finish. He met with me two days before the event to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted, and it showed on the day. He arrived on time, handled all the grilling and setup himself, and I never once had to check in on him. The lamb skewers were the standout, but the chicken souvlaki, grilled halloumi, grilled vegetables, and Greek salad were every bit as good, and Kasun closed it out with a yogurt panna cotta with fresh seasonal berries that got its own round of compliments. We had about twenty guests and every one of them loved the food. He was friendly and patient with everyone, and he cleaned up completely before he left. If you want someone who takes the whole event off your plate and puts out food people actually remember, Kasun is your guy! I'd hire him again in a heart beat and have recommended him to friends as well.”

My dad is amidst a very recent stroke recovery, and Chef John was able to deliver an incredibly romantic meal while respecting and treating my dad with the kindness and dignity that every person deserves. My parents are quite savvy foodies who *know what they like* and they were both extremely happy with each of their courses. Chef John treated my entire family with kindness and was courteous about our random schedule during the several hours we had him with us.
