“Vitalii was such a pleasure to work with! He was so fast and the work is exceptional. I needed 4 ceiling fans installed and he had it done in under 3 hours for a fraction of what I was quoted by others. 10/10 will hit him up next time I have projects like this :)”

“Juan responded immediately to my request to put up an arbor, shelves, install my air conditioner, and paint my garage. He is very clear, asks great questions, and on each task he was careful, attentive and and cleaned up the area when he finished. He let me know when he would arrive- and was on time, let me know if he needed to go get materials and I feel his prices were reasonable. I feel lucky to know he’s in the area for future projects.”

“We had water leaking in the basement floor and thought it was due to a faulty sump pump. However, upon careful inspection, it was from our 14 yr old water heater that needed to be replaced! We texted 3 different plumbing companies to get estimates. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the first to respond back within minutes of the inquiry via Thumbtack so we went BFP. They definitely live up to their motto of being responsive and punctual. Chris Bloomfield came out to assess the situation and confirmed that it was not the sump pump but the water heater. He contacted the office immediately after going over the costs with us and giving us three different options to choose from. We chose the water heater with a 6 yr warranty with the company. On the same day, Everton Russell and Ami Pineda came out to install the new water heater. Ami explained how to control the temperature of the water heater. Both technicians worked quickly and removed the old water heater safely out of the basement. We appreciated Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s professionalism when it came to communication by texting us a detailed description of each person who would be coming out to the house and when they would arrive. The communication also gave a brief background of each of the service technicians as well. BFP sent a thorough breakdown of the costs with pics via email. We are very satisfied with the new water heater and will be seeing BFP each year for the annual flush & checkup as part of the warranty. Thank you BFP for your responsiveness, quality and professionalism!”

“Rob is great and super professional! He helped us out with our bathroom renovation project — a removal of our old vanity & medicine cabinet (and much more like; dry wall repair / plumbing / etc) From the very beginning he was prompt, knowledgeable, & overall very helpful and transparent with his work/pricing. Once the project got started he stayed in constant communication after each day providing updates and next steps along the way. Definitely someone worth hiring for big or small jobs and someone I will be keeping as a close contact for any other needs in my home!”
