Emily Schmidt says, “Ivan and his team did a great job building our covered porch. The entire project was completed in a few weeks and there was great communication about each step of the process. His guys were professional and we loved how they took the time to clean up the space each night. The porch is exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!(Pictures taken before paint was finished)”

Sean W. says, “That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience.
FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”
Martha M. says, “K&M are an amazing group of professionals from meeting Vitalii and creating the original plans and estimate, selecting cabinets, counter tops and flooring! When we made a few changes in the plan Vitalii immediately updated the 3D model of the kitchen! The demolition crew, Alex and Ivan were fast, neat and respectful of us still being in the home! Their timing with contractors was impeccable! One would finish and the next would be there within the hour! We were told this project would take 4-6 weeks and week 5 everything was wrapping up! Shout out to Ivan, Dan, Alex, Mike, Mark, Olec, Miguel and the paint crew. This may be a relatively new company but they are top notch and pay close attention to detail!”
Cheryl Nagle says, “Morris homes updated a bathroom in our home. The results are beautiful. The crew worked hard and cleaned up every evening. The estimated timeline was spot on. As the job progressed, unexpected issues presented themselves (as always with construction ) Kevin was great about explaining options and helping us decide best path. I would not hesitate to use them again and will also recommend to others. Thank you Kevin and crew.”
Kiara W. says, “Amazing work and easy to work with!
We hired Rafael to close in our bonus room and turn it into a bedroom/nursery. We had an amazing experience working with him from start to finish. He was always punctual and communicated clearly about when he would be coming to work, which made the entire process stress-free and the overall price of the project aligned with other quotes we had received which was great!
Not only did he complete the project in less than a week, but the quality of his work truly exceeded our expectations. The new wall looks like it has always been part of our home and is seamless and beautifully done. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really show in the final result.
We are so grateful for his help in creating the perfect nursery for our baby. Thank you, Rafael, for your hard work and dedication! We will absolutely be reaching out again for any future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for good quality work.”
Casey T. says, “We had an amazing experience with BuildNow building our 12ft x 14ft pergola! From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with.
Great craftsmanship and the pergola is sturdy and has completely transformed our outdoor space.
The project was completed on time, and everything was kept clean throughout the process.
We couldn’t be happier with the result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor living space!”
Steve Campbell says, “5 StarsWe hired DEAS Construction for a full kitchen teardown and remodel not a small refresh, a complete gut job along with work in several other areas of the home. They delivered. The work was done right, the quality held up to scrutiny, and the finished product looks great. No horror stories they showed up, did the job, and did it well.If youre considering a kitchen remodel and want a contractor you can actually trust with your home on a major project, DEAS is worth the call. Wed hire them again without hesitation.”
Mark M. says, “Here’s the review that I wrote.
Working with Innovative Property Remodel and its owner, Charlie Mateo, was one of the best decisions I made for my home. From start to finish, Charlie delivered a level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and care that’s increasingly rare in the remodeling world. Charlie is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure the final result is something you’ll be proud of. He listened closely to what I wanted, offered smart suggestions when they would improve the design or save money, and kept me informed throughout every stage of the project. The communication was clear, consistent, and honest. This is exactly what you want when someone is working on your home. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My kitchen looks incredible: clean lines, precise installation, thoughtful finishing touches, and a level of workmanship that shows real pride. Everything feels solid, intentional, and beautifully done. Charlie’s team was respectful of my home, kept the workspace tidy, and stayed on schedule. Charlie even helped find a great company that installed white oak hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs portion of my house. If you’re looking for someone who combines skill, reliability, and integrity, Innovative Property Remodel is the one to call. Charlie Mateo sets the bar high, and my kitchen remodel is proof of what a great craftsman can accomplish. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am currently talking with Charlie about a master bath renovation as a fitting companion to the kitchen renovation and hardwood flooring addition already completed.
I believe that Charlie will stand behind his craftsmanship after the project is completed as well and update this review accordingly.”
