“After meeting with so many contractors, you can tell when someone is salesman/pushy versus genuinely good person who just wants to do a good job. He immediately could tell that she was originally being taken advantage of(her contact had charged her an outrageous amount and taken over 5 months to do a job that would have taken aldaberto 2 weeks and a fraction of the cost). He told us all the issues and where he thought he would have problems, gave an approximate estimate for the supplies my aunt wanted and the quote for labor. She had guests coming Saturday and he had a job that would not be done until Wednesday. So he was there Thursday am, supplies in tow and finished the whole job by Saturday pm. He was communicative and patient with my (80+ year old aunt who enjoys talking and had trust issues now, since she was scammed) and he essentially held her hand the whole way. AND went out of his way to text me almost daily with an update. The first pics are of the botched job from the scammer and you can tell where he came and fixed it. He was amazing and I hope he can do a job in the bay for us as well. I highly recommend him.”

“We've been very pleased with the work done by SDA Building. There were 2 projects: Outdoors replacing siding on 2 sides of the house which required a lot of detail patching and repainting to match the house color and another later project to remove popcorn ceilings in 3 rooms and resurfacing and painting. The workers were friendly, responsible and efficient.”

“The price of the job was competitive, and worth every penny to be in such great hands for such an important part of the build. Whatever your project in Santa Rosa or west county, I can highly recommend Mak and crew for a job well done and as promised.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work Precision Finish did on our bathroom and kitchen renovation. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly respectful of our home. They delivered high-quality craftsmanship, stayed on schedule, and communicated with us every step of the way. The finishes in both rooms are flawless—clean lines, beautiful tile work, and everything functions perfectly. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Precision Finish to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team for home improvement projects!”
