“Oleg and his wife did a great job on all the things I had them do, incl painting stucco patching, and some other assorted tasks. Very professional. I recommend them and would hire again.”

“Working with Brian and his team was a breeze. He came, he estimated and provided a quote, he and his crew painted the interior walls, baseboard, stair banisters, and doors & trim, he tacked on fixing the outside door trim that had rotted away and painted it, he also installed a grate over the front window well, and on and on. The house looks like new. What a huge difference. And Brian's quote was 30-50% lower than the 4 other quotes I got including all the extra work. I'll definitely be hiring Brian for any future jobs I might have. (Will post pictures once all the rest of the remodeling is done!)”

“After giving the most affordable estimate, TruBlue was hired to do a bathroom remodel, extend our porch, and fix two damaged ceilings from water leaks. They did an outstanding job, and we are now enjoying our "luxury" walk-in shower with plant shelves and a bench, as well as sipping morning coffee on our spacious porch.”

“Devon is amazing to work with! She built us a custom fireplace/mantel and mounted our TV. It looks incredible and we can’t believe how great it turned out. She did a wonderful job on the small details and make sure it all came together. I loved that she built a lot of it at home which made the install quicker. This project also required creativity with building an access door so we can get to the cords behind the fireplace if needed. She also did a great job building and staining our custom mantel. Would 100% recommend for any custom wood working project you have. She was commutative and showed up on time and worked hard.”

“Rockyridge Handyman are great, professional and speedy service with great results - along with a helpful and kind management office to coordinate services; highly recommend these services to anyone looking for a handyman!”

“I would like to thank Allen and his team for building my covered porch. They completed the project in less than a month, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d also like to give special thanks to Roy. He is genuinely kind, hardworking, and professional. He installed the roof, cleaned up my backyard, and even helped adjust my sprinkler system. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and professional contractor, I highly recommend Allen at One Way Roofing & Remodeling. After getting several estimates and doing my research, I chose One Way Roofing & Remodeling because everything about Allen and his business was professional and legitimate. Since I wanted the project done correctly and up to code, obtaining the proper permits was very important to me. Allen handled the city permits, design approvals, and HOA paperwork, ensuring everything was completed correctly and giving me peace of mind throughout the process. Unlike other contractors who said permits were unnecessary or told me to obtain them myself, Allen took care of everything from start to finish. For anyone planning a similar project, permits should generally be obtained by the contractor performing the work, not the homeowner, unless the homeowner is completing the construction themselves. Overall, I had a great experience with Allen, Roy, and the entire One Way Roofing & Remodeling team. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a porch cover, roofing, or remodeling project.”
