“New West CO repaired my decks, and during the project they discovered that the damage was much more extensive than expected. After removing the rotted fascia boards, they found that the underlying wood and joists on both decks was completely rotted and a risk of collapsing. They rebuilt both my upper and lower decks, and the results are excellent! Their workmanship, professionalism, and expertise were outstanding! I would confidently hire New West CO again for any exterior or interior home repair or rebuild project.”

“The work hasn't been completed for long, but I feel that the workmanship on the deck is high quality and that we will love it for years to come. I would hire We Build It again for future projects.”

“stair banisters, and doors & trim, he tacked on fixing the outside door trim that had rotted away and painted it, he also installed a grate over the front window well, and on and on. The house looks like new. What a huge difference. And Brian's quote was 30-50% lower than the 4 other quotes I got including all the extra work. I'll definitely be hiring Brian for any future jobs I might have. (Will post pictures once all the rest of the remodeling is done!)”

“maintenance, sturdy new stairs made of material I had on hand, plus a great new entryway patio that completely eliminated the tripping hazard at the front of my house. A month later, I still feel amazed, like I got a 900 square foot addition to my house, and somehow they did it in 4 days. BTW, the company had at least 3 other projects going at the same time and yet Mark was regularly in touch, workers were constantly on hand, and my yard was completed quickly and skillfully. They say, if you want something done right, ask the busiest person to do it. Worked for me.”

“Jason & Woody helped me by installing a railing along the steps in front of my house, a railing in the back & a few concrete steps in back as well. We are very happy with how it all turned out & would definitely recommend using Lasting Exteriors”

“I chose Hector and his team over the other pros. I had a very old deck and pergola (29 years) that was falling apart. And an old hot tub as well. He was the only pro who suggested just to tear it down. I had a short budget that he respected. It was a huge relief. None of us could have guessed what was under the original deck but his workers were amazing and never stopped filling the dumpster till it was totally bursting. He was easy to choose from the 3 pros I interviewed who wanted me to spend thousands to make a new deck. Hector was easy to choose and he’s dedicated to doing a good job and I am thrilled with the work that was done! He did offer me to add a small deck if I wanted and didn’t push like one of the pros did. I would say yes if the money comes at some point”
