“Did a great job installing our cabinets.”

“Elisio installed pull down attic stairs. He did a great job. Punctual, responsive, and professional. He also made sure to keep the surrounding work area clean.”

“He designed a much nicer screened porch than I envisioned, using quality materials on everything. His workers were friendly, skilled and hard working. I am extremely happy with my new outdoor space.”

“They removed and re-installed my countertop without any damage, removed the improperly installed drywall, replaced it with mold-resistant drywall, and sealed everything properly. With the whole process, they did not need to remove any of the backsplash to do so. For the small piece of drywall that needed to come out for the countertop to come out, it was patched up very well. For each step, they made sure the drywall mud was completely dry before something else was added. All of this work was completed in about a day and a half. It is very rare to find a contractor who actually cares about the final product, and who cares that the customer is satisfied with the work. If you want to risk working with a contractor who will inflate the timeline just to dig into your wallet, hire someone else. But if you want your repair/renovation to be professionally and neatly done, you need to hire Tan.”

“The French doors were installed perfectly, with clean lines, smooth operation, and a very elegant finish that truly enhances the space. The attention to detail around the trim, framing, and paint is outstanding. Everything looks level, well-fitted, and professionally completed. The doors open and close smoothly, and the final result gives the room a more modern and high-end feel. The team was punctual, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Brother’s J&T Construction LLC for any home improvement or remodeling project. Great quality work!”
