“Tito and his crew did fantastic work on our lawn and patio. They even did fencing for us. They took their time and did meticulous work. They were also reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them!”

“Show up when they say they will, hardworking and quality work. Will def be hiring again”

“Ralph built a small deck for the side of my house, and also mounted two storm doors for me. The deck is very sturdy---it was built to last for years---and looks great too. He did a terrific job framing the doors. My house looks so much better now. Ralph was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He readily answered any questions or concerns I had. He showed up when he was supposed to. I would highly recommend A Step-Above Contracting.”

“Andre' did an amazing job with our kitchen cabinet and sliders replacement. He was reliable, quick and did a great job. He was reasonably priced as well.”

“We recently had our porch and deck completely redone by Goveias Construction, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first walkthrough, Junior was on time, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire project. The crew showed up every day—on time—even in 90° heat, and their work ethic was outstanding. They went above and beyond expectations, not only rebuilding the porch and deck beautifully but also re-leveling a sinking second-floor bedroom, fixing and painting the resulting wall cracks, and even re-leveling the windows. The price was very fair, and the quality of work exceeded what we were expecting. It’s rare these days to find contractors who combine skill, reliability, and integrity at this level. If you’re looking for someone who delivers on their word and takes pride in their work, look no further than Goveias Construction. Thank you, Junior, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!”

“Kotch Construction built our small addition and updated our kitchen. We were very happy. Great company to work for.”
