“We hired Maitland Builders to rebuild our deck — a big project with an elevated deck, a pool surround, cable railing, and a finished enclosure underneath. The finished result looks fantastic: clean lines, great trim work, and a cable railing that really makes it. Daniel, Vinny and the team were responsive, easy to communicate with, and accommodating of changes throughout. We're really happy with how the space turned out and are looking forward to using it. Would recommend.”

“Very personable contractor, a pleasure to work with. I would refer him to a family member.”

“Cledson and his team did a great job building a custom carport for our two cars which also included a connection to the side door. All of my questions were always thoroughly explained to me during the process. The work was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend this company.”

“They were very responsive and communication was very good. The projects were completed quickly and professionally. Definitely would recommend them.”
