“the garage ceiling, and renovating the fiberglass roof deck. The deck was finished with beautiful porcelain pavers that completely transformed the outdoor space. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself. The apartment looks refreshed, the damaged areas have been beautifully restored, and the deck now has the modern, high-end appearance I envisioned. I especially appreciate the range of work CKA was able to handle across different areas of the property. It’s not easy finding a contractor who can take on a project involving both interior restoration and exterior renovations. I’m extremely happy with the transformation and would recommend CKA Construction to anyone looking for a contractor for renovations, repairs, or property improvements. The before-and-after photos really tell the story!”

“I highly recommend. They restored the windows in my house including replacing a lot of broken glass. Very happy with the quality. They always showed up on time and very easy to work with.”

“Which impressed me a lot because it the building inspector who created the issue.”

“I highly recommend this contractor. We hired him for some residential work. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions.”
