“I found the Hagan Handrails company by googling and spoke with Dan, the owner. He was so easy to talk with and answered all my questions. He asked for pictures of my stairs and then texted back options for what I might like and what they might cost. We texted quite a bit. He was so helpful and listened to all my questions. When I decidedly chose to have him to do the job, he made everything easy through the process of the contract and payment. He also expedited the date for the install as best he could since my husband really needed it ASAP. His employee, Caleb, came today to install the railings and what a craftsman he is! He explained exactly what he was going to do. They are strong and beautiful.I am confident that my husband will have the best safety possible as he uses the stairs..”

“The crew that replaced our deck worked hard every day they were at our house. Cleaning up every day before leaving. Would definitely work with them again.”

“Humberto arrived on time and went right to work. He secured both the bottom rails and top rails as well as the connector to the wall. Thrilled that his work really secured our rails so we don’t have to worry anymore about loose railing. Excellent workmanship and highly recommended for his work.”

“Brand name contractors wanted to come in here for the repairs on my shed and charge me $1 million. Finding a semi-retired 40 year journeyman carpenter that has probably forgotten more about framing, leveling, mitering and where studs are and where studs go than most other self-professed “carpenters” know was just a lucky gift to myself, found on Thumbtack. I was actually looking forward to writing this review, because I’m pretty sure this man isn’t an aggressive marketer; he just knows his own craft inside and out. I could say a bunch more with all honesty, but I will just leave it at that so not to sound too grandiose. Thank you, Thumbtack, and thank you, Don Rieux!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful gate they made for us. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out, and the combination of the wood and custom metalwork gives the entrance a unique, elegant look.”

“Tim at Renovative Home solutions did a great job building a gate for my fence and building a custom lattice for my backyard.”
