“That said, the cost still came out to be more competitive than other bids that we had gotten from trustworthy companies (we had a few lower bids but there were red flags with those). There were a few other minor things that came up that were taken care of. The project was completed on time and we are enjoying our patio now.”

“Online and his crew did an amazing job on our fence! We had a lot of angles and a rock wall to deal with.it turned out beautiful.”

“Covered deck off the kitchen in Bothell. Probably one of the better things we've done to the house. I can finally grill when its raining which around here is basically all the time lol”

“They worked with our budget and at the end of it, we felt like we made the right decision going with this company- both from pricing had the quality of work perspective. We are very pleased and very happy!”

“Absolutely a great company!”

“We were looking for a company that could handle everything including the design, architecture plans, permits, and construction, and they took care of the entire process for us. The city approval side was honestly the part we were most stressed about, but they guided us through it and kept everything moving. They handled the plans, permit submissions, corrections, and inspections without us having to chase people around. The ADU came out even better than we expected. The layout feels open and well designed, and they paid attention to details we probably wouldn’t have even thought about ourselves. The team was professional, easy to communicate with, and always kept us updated on progress. It’s hard to find a reliable ADU builder that actually understands both the construction side and the permit/design process, but these guys really know what they’re doing. Definitely recommend them if you’re planning a garage conversion, ADU, or major home addition.”
