“I hired CLR Construction for a small deck repair project. The facia boards around the edges of my deck had started to rot due to water directly spraying in a couple spots from my sprinklers. Cara and Ricardo were very responsive, they came out, performed an assessment and took measurements. They offered what I felt was an honest assessment and a fair price. They even went so far as to inspect the rest of my deck, tell me what work I didn't need done, and gave me reassurance that the rest of my deck was in really good shape. They communicated frequently until they had the materials, set a date and were punctual and kept in touch with me throughout the project. I had a few loose boards and the steps were coming up on the ends. I found out it was because they weren't properly installed and didn't have the clips in place. They fixed that too and now all my step and edge boards lay flat and smoothly again. When they finished, they cleaned up all the areas thoroughly and left the work area in better shape then it was when they arrived. When it is time to replace my deck in a few years, I'll definitely rehire them!”
