“SETA recently repaired my deck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was professional from start to finish—they arrived exactly on time and completed the work much faster than I expected. Their pricing was also very reasonable and competitive. I was particularly impressed with their customer service; when I noticed a small section of the facing board that hadn't been fully tacked down, they returned promptly to fix it without any hassle. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality deck repair work.”

“After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays. I will use Sea Renovation for future construction projects!Big thanks to Tom and the team!!!”

“He is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him for any future projects.”

“Hired them to build a deck cover. Relatively small job but great experience. Good communication, finished ahead of schedule and looks great.”

“I hired CLR Construction for a small deck repair project. The facia boards around the edges of my deck had started to rot due to water directly spraying in a couple spots from my sprinklers. Cara and Ricardo were very responsive, they came out, performed an assessment and took measurements. They offered what I felt was an honest assessment and a fair price. They even went so far as to inspect the rest of my deck, tell me what work I didn't need done, and gave me reassurance that the rest of my deck was in really good shape. They communicated frequently until they had the materials, set a date and were punctual and kept in touch with me throughout the project. I had a few loose boards and the steps were coming up on the ends. I found out it was because they weren't properly installed and didn't have the clips in place. They fixed that too and now all my step and edge boards lay flat and smoothly again. When they finished, they cleaned up all the areas thoroughly and left the work area in better shape then it was when they arrived. When it is time to replace my deck in a few years, I'll definitely rehire them!”

“They handled everything from fixing a broken cabinet to installing a new mesh door, setting up a window A/C unit, and repairing a shower door. All of the work was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. They came prepared, took care of sourcing any necessary supplies and parts, and made the whole process easy on my end. They were also responsive and punctual, which made scheduling and communication straightforward. Overall, a reliable and efficient team—I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to others.”
