“They completed a full deck repair for me, and from start to finish, I was impressed. At first, I planned to reuse my existing frame, but their team pointed out some serious issues I hadn’t noticed. Instead of just patching things up, they built a completely new frame — giving me real value for the work they did. They also added an awning, which I’d always wanted, and it turned out beautifully. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the crew was fantastic — hardworking, polite, and dedicated. They worked diligently, day and night, to get everything just right. I highly recommend B&M Modeling Works to anyone looking for quality deck construction or repair. You’ll be glad you chose them. And… just in case you missed it: They are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and absolutely THE RIGHT CHOICE. Signed - Happy Customer.”

“The results were amazing. We are so impressed with our new living space and will definitely reach out to them both for future projects.”

“Roman did a great job staining/painting our deck. He did a very fast turnaround. I posted for quotes on a Tuesday, he came the next day, started cleaning and prepping deck on Saturday and finished it off on Monday. Very reasonable price too.would use him again.”

“Positive: They showed up promptly after the Sunday estimate and did a thorough job cleaning moss and debris from the edges so the sealer could cover them properly. The overall application looks decent. Neutral/negative: There were several hours of sprayer problems that slowed the job. Leaves fell during the work and some were sprayed over; when those leaves are moved, there are small unsealed patches underneath (roughly 1–2% of the surface). I was trying to clear leaves ahead of them but the crew moved faster than I could keep up. Update: They returned as soon as weather allowed, and fixed the spots that had been covered by leaves. The driveway looks much more sealed now, and I appreciate that they came back.”

“He repaired the damaged garage storage in record time and even moved one of my braces to make my storage more secure. Definitely will hire him often in the future”
