“SETA recently repaired my deck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was professional from start to finish—they arrived exactly on time and completed the work much faster than I expected. Their pricing was also very reasonable and competitive. I was particularly impressed with their customer service; when I noticed a small section of the facing board that hadn't been fully tacked down, they returned promptly to fix it without any hassle. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality deck repair work.”

“He even volunteered to get the proper anchors for my composite deck ahead of time, which is very appreciated. They also cleaned up afterwards. They clearly do this kind of work often and it shows in the outcome and in their other reviews. The pergola looks great. I am very glad I hired them!”

“Hired them to build a deck cover. Relatively small job but great experience. Good communication, finished ahead of schedule and looks great.”

“After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays. I will use Sea Renovation for future construction projects!Big thanks to Tom and the team!!!”

“They handled everything from fixing a broken cabinet to installing a new mesh door, setting up a window A/C unit, and repairing a shower door. All of the work was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. They came prepared, took care of sourcing any necessary supplies and parts, and made the whole process easy on my end. They were also responsive and punctual, which made scheduling and communication straightforward. Overall, a reliable and efficient team—I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to others.”

“They completed a full deck repair for me, and from start to finish, I was impressed. At first, I planned to reuse my existing frame, but their team pointed out some serious issues I hadn’t noticed. Instead of just patching things up, they built a completely new frame — giving me real value for the work they did. They also added an awning, which I’d always wanted, and it turned out beautifully. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the crew was fantastic — hardworking, polite, and dedicated. They worked diligently, day and night, to get everything just right. I highly recommend B&M Modeling Works to anyone looking for quality deck construction or repair. You’ll be glad you chose them. And… just in case you missed it: They are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and absolutely THE RIGHT CHOICE. Signed - Happy Customer.”
