“Roni and his crew did an amazing job to make our deck beautiful. We recently bought the house and noticed that the deck needed to be redone and to replace the staircase for it. We loved Roni's so much we hired him for other jobs”

“Sayayin just completed a sand, scrape and paint of the exterior of my home. They also stained the deck and epoxy painted the base of the hot tub. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend the company. There was a lot of peeling paint from an incorrectly done paint job four years ago. Sayayin took the time to sand and fill all the spots and the result is beautiful. They were professional, communication was prompt and Melvin and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring them again for another paint project.”

“I had a great experience working with Delmer on the rebuild of my back porch and deck. When we started the project, I didn’t realize the full extent of the damage. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me what needed to be repaired, and worked with me to find the best solution. From the beginning, Delmer was professional, communicative, and honest. He provided a detailed estimate, listened carefully to what I wanted, and warned me that additional problems might be uncovered once the work began - which turned out to be true. I changed my mind twice during the project, and he was patient and accommodating, making sure I was happy with the final result. He consistently worked on the project until it was finished, kept me informed about costs, and went the extra mile in ways that mattered to me. He paid attention to small details and made sure the work was done properly—even in areas underneath the deck that no one will ever see. I also appreciated how respectful he was of my property. I asked that my lawn not be damaged, and it wasn’t. He cleaned up debris and old materials every day, leaving everything neat and organized. Delmer is friendly, dependable, and takes pride in his work. I would recommend him without hesitation.”

“Great job on staining my huge deck!”

“I made the right decision and choosing dynamic design and remodeling. My bathroom was gutted and the tub was replaced with a walk-in shower fully equipped to meet my needs as a disabled person. The tile on the floor and the shower came out fantastic. Thanks to Alexander and Angel for all the work they performed”

“Orlando and his crew were a huge asset to our back deck project. We are so happy with his work. Skilled indeed! We will use him again.”
