“👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽I had an excellent experience from the moment I contacted them until the dayI watched their expertise in action. Their removal system is quite efficient. My need for this service started when I had to unexpectedly replace my kitchen cabinets. I provided pictures of the item to be removed and immediately received a reasonable estimate! Terra Demolition patiently worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They were always kind and thoughtful in every interaction. I highly recommend—without reservation—Terra Demolition!”

“Oscar responded very quickly and was able to come out for a last minute junk removal job. He was careful but quick. I would hire him again.”

“Fantastic job! Would absolutely recommend and use this company again.”

“I’ve worked with this company many times and highly recommend their services. As a handyman, I often need reliable help with demolition, junk removal, construction debris hauling, and job site cleanups. They always show up on time, work hard, and leave the area clean. Their pricing is always fair and honest, and they make every job easy to manage. Whether it’s a front yard, backyard, or construction site cleanup, they always do an excellent job. I’ve recommended them to several friends and clients, and everyone has been happy with their work. If you’re looking for dependable, professional, and affordable service, this is the company to call.”

“My garage has had leaking, so I got several contractors to come look at it. None of them gave me an acceptable solution, until samcrete. They told me they could install a French drain inside of my garage, so I don't have to go to court to do it in my neighbor's property. Thank goodness. It has been working very well. No wet garage floor after heavy rain now. I can't thank them enough! Hire Paul if you want to do things right. You won't regret it.”

“San Mateo Painting & Demolition did a great job rebuilding two large walls of my house due to extensive dry rot. They used the best materials and paint and their workmanship is first class. They even fixed the leaky gutters and a window too. The house looks brand new! The job only took three weeks and we are very happy. I would recommend them for any home repairs.”
