“We bought a house with a gas fireplace and wanted someone familiar with chimneys to look over the setup. I found the explanation of what applied to our particular fireplace more useful than a generic checklist.”

“Joe came out on a Sunday for my estimate and by Friday of the same week I had my chimney lining replaced, everything detailed cleaned, and a new cap installed.”

“I was looking to do a chimney cleaning and I came across a few companies and ended up going with Top Tier cause of the reviews. When the appointment was made I was told that the chimney needed to be inspected first so I went ahead with it. The gentleman that came out, Mike, did the inspection and he told me that the interior of the chimney was in really bad shape. I asked how much it would cost to repair and I believe he gave me a fair price for all the materials and work. Also, it comes with a lifetime warranty which I always love! Mike and his brother came out a couple weeks later to do the job. Mike initially told me the job wouldnt take too long but he came across some issues which made the job take longer. He had to go to the exterior of the chimney and remove a couple of bricks to be able to complete the interior chimney work. He ended up re-bricking and cementing the area extremely well. I was very impressed how he handled the problem by being patient and professional. Im extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!”

“The repair work was completed efficiently with high-quality materials, and since then, there has been no leakage even after heavy rainfall. Very professional and trustworthy company.”

“Fast, friendly, professional, and upbeat staff. Thanks Safeside!”

“Highly recommend them for any chimney inspection, cleaning, or repair.”
