“We called Slip-Proof Safety to have a handrail installed in the garage and our bathroom completely redone for an aging parent (new flooring, grab bars, walk-in shower, etc). Mary Jane had given an incredibly informative talk at the local library, which was the only reason I had any idea what we needed. Frank, Gina, and everyone who worked on the project was knowledgeable, kind, and cared about doing the job well. This is the best experience I've had with contractors doing work in my home, and I'm very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.”

“I recently had my master bathroom completely remodeled and repaired by Preferred Estates Co, Installed a new Central air unit, hot water tank, painted and other things done in my rental property as well and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My bathroom had been left in poor condition by a previous contractor, with significant plumbing issues and subpar craftsmanship. Preferred Estates Co not only corrected these problems but far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. From the initial consultation, their professionalism was evident. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the damage caused by the previous contractor. They provided a clear, detailed estimate and outlined a step-by-step plan for the repairs and remodeling, ensuring that I understood every aspect of the process. Their team was punctual, respectful, and highly skilled. The plumbing issues, which had previously caused constant leaks and water damage, were resolved with precision and care. The quality of their work was outstanding, from the perfectly aligned tiles to the flawless installation of fixtures. They also incorporated innovative design ideas that transformed the space into a luxurious and functional retreat. What truly stood out was their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They communicated regularly, kept the workspace clean, and ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. Their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time are rare qualities in this industry. I am beyond thrilled with the final result. Preferred Estates Co turned a stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a company that values integrity, quality, and customer care, look no further. They have my highest recommendation.”

“We recently had a ramp installed at my mother’s home by Freedom Rampz, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, kind, and very understanding of my mother’s mobility needs. They took the time to explain the design options and made sure the ramp would be both safe and easy for her to use. The installation was completed on schedule, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding - sturdy, well-fitted, and looks great with the house. They also made sure the area was clean and tidy afterward, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, the ramp has made such a difference in my mother’s independence and peace of mind. I can’t thank the team enough for their care and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend Freedom Rampz to anyone looking for reliable home access solutions.”
