“We chose to manage our project ourselves due to previous bad outcomes / poor experiences with general contractors in the valley. That adds a little complexity for an architect, but Stefan worked through those challenges. It's clear he treats every client with the same care and respect, no matter if it's a preferred GC or homeowner seeking to engage. We're about to break ground on the project in a few weeks. For now I'm just going to post the picture on the front of our permit set - but will be sure to update along the way! Highly recommend Mikado to anyone.”

“I had new carpet installed recently. The new carpet pad was thicker than the previous carpet padding. This made it difficult to open & close 2 bedroom doors and 2 closet doors. J&rremodeling responded quickly to my inquiry and skillfully cut the bottoms of the doors just enough to allow them all to open/close and roll along/across the new carpeting. Very nice job, and I really appreciate their quick response and punctuality.”

“Great work! Excellent communication. They share pictures of the progress almost on a daily basis, and they accommodated their schedule to our schedule, even working on a Saturday. Also they helped us picked the best colors and designs to match the rest of the bathroom and house. The finished work looked amazing.”

“I’ve been using Andy for many years now and would never look elsewhere for help. Andy is Professional, great attention to detail and always reasonable and willing to work with you whenever possible. I give Andy’s painting handyman and maintenance my highest recommendation!”

“Arison Construction built an addition for us which consisted of a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room in a 1925, railroad home, close to the University of Arizona. Remodels especially in old homes can be demanding, which Mr. Leyva handled well, with excellent results, all this within budget. I am still using his services at this time for other projects.”

“Arturo and his crew did a great job for us. Easy to communicate with, showed up when they said they would, and the work came out really good. Would definitely use them again.”
