“Jonathan came to my house and completed the gutter cleaning job the same morning that I contacted him. He even took the time to inspect my siding, roof, and chimney and made a few small repairs for no additional charge. I highly recommend his service!”

“Shawn was quick and efficient. Fireplace looks great”

“We noticed major water seepage in our basement walls, so we called Boston masonry and waterproofing repairs to check it out. Their crew diagnosed the problem immediately, handled the structural waterproofing with total expertise, and left the area spotless. Truly five-star work!”

“I am overall very pleased with the work that Precision did to repair damage to my house's foundation. Everyone I interacted with was kind, gave full explanations, and went above and beyond to reduce any ancillary work that I might have to do (e.g., advising me on how to reduce future damage and picking up spare parts to divert water away from the house). In general, their communication was clear and helpful and I would work with them again.”

“Clear Choice sent Eli out to provide a free estimate to remove an old steel pipe chimney from our home. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. Of the three people that came out to quote us, he is the only one who took complete measurements, asked questions, or considered what kind of siding we'd need to cover the hole afterward. His quote was also more than 50% less than the next-lowest. When the day came for the work to be completed, the team showed up bright and early and were done very quickly. The lead called me to describe the work done, including the addition of insulation and plywood to cover the hole before cutting and installing new siding. He sent photos before accepting payment, and they don't do the work justice. You would never know we had a couple hundred pounds of steel and ceramic up there, and they even cleaned the siding around where the pipe sat. One 'before' and one 'after' photo included.”
